Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Once purchased, you or your recipient will receive an email with a unique gift card ID code which is needed when redeeming the gift voucher.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date and cannot be extended, and are valid at The Kenny only.

• Gift vouchers may only be redeemed once and may not be exchanged for cash value or refunded in any way.

• The gift voucher features a unique ID code.

• Lost gift vouchers will not be reimbursed or replaced without proof of sale and unique ID code confirmation.

• Should you not use the original balance in one transaction the remaining balance will remain on the e-gift card for another visit bearing the issue date of the original.

• No copies will be accepted.

• Advanced booking is recommended.

• If you purchase a gift voucher we will ask your permission to keep your details on file for reference in case of loss – we will hold your data for as short a time as necessary.
